⦁ Problem Solving & Accountability - Taking Responsibility, Being Creative and Solution Oriented. Applying structured process in solving issues and arriving at decisions
⦁ Time & Records Management - Rudiments of managing time and keeping work records for retrieval and avoiding time wasters.
Participants are empowered with techniques, best-practices and guidelines for increasing impact and staying valuable in their current role deliveries. Through a process of guided reflection and the keeping of a Personal Journal participant become productive at work.
