T3 - Train the Trainer Program
The T3 program is about designing and facilitating learning at work. Our T3 model is interactive, informative, and inspiring. During our T3 program, we’ll be asking the participates to complete three mini-training “teach-backs” where they teach a portion of a program in front of the other participates, have a chance to fine- tune their facilitation skills, and learn from each other.
T3 drives internal self-learning culture and On the Job Training. The newly skilled trainers will be trainers in both technical and professional skills. These trained instructors will be certified internal training facilitators helping the organization to scale up, saving your budgets and money.
